Q1. I cannot receive mails from VB system. What can I do?
Hotmail and Yahoo mail has a overly strong spam filter system, VB's mails have a high chance to be filtered. Here is a few options to solve it:
1. Check if you inactivated your VB system. You will not receive any mail from VB if you inactivation of your VB account. (Q3. for more details)
2. Check your junk mail. Maybe VB's mails are directed to junk mail box.
3. Add team@vemmabuilder.com to your E-mail's contact list.
4. Change VB default E-mail to Google Mail (Gmail). (Q4. for more details)
5. Contact [email protected] by sending your situation to them and wait for their reply.

Q3. I inactivated my VB system accidentally. How I reactivate my VB account?
If you inactivated your VB system, you will see a red title on page top when you log in http://www.vemmabuuilder.com/login/index.jsp. You will not able to receive any mails from VB.
To reactivate your VB system account:
1. Click "Reactivate my account" in the red title.
2. Check VB's activation mail in your registered E-mail after a few minutes.
3. Click and open link in activation mail to reactivate your VB account.
